We have raised the cleanest turkey with a great mix of pasture for supplement and the freshest local milled NON GMO feed of oats, corn, soy beans, sorghum, millet, seaweed extract, fishmeal as their diet.  This is a artisan, premium product, raised from poults carried to processing, from kill to chill in less than 10 mins.  The meat is then brined for 24 hours, in sea salt, white vinegar and ice.  This whole turkey breast can feed a family for a few days or can be the center piece of a meat smoking enthusiast or any grill aficionado.  Moist unlike any store bought turkey, this piece of meat is a protein you want to and should live on.
