Pastured Turkey Bratwurst - Garlic Chili Pepper PMP CLUB pack of 4

We have raised the cleanest turkey with a great mix of pasture for supplement and the freshest local milled NON GMO feed of oats, corn, soy beans, sorghum, millet, seaweed extract, fishmeal as their diet.  This is a artisan, premium product, raised from poults carried to processing, from kill to chill in less than 10 mins.  The meat is then brined for 24 hours, in sea salt, white vinegar and ice.  The meat is then deboned, cut to pieces, ground through 2 different plate sizes.  It is 70 percent thigh and drumstick and 30 percent white breast meat.  This creates a  blend like no other, great for meatballs, meat loaf, burgers, tacos, mix with other, or any stand alone recipe.

After the turkey being ground it is mixed with all organic garlic, chili pepper, water mixture, chilled and then stuffed into our all natural hog casings.  We have handled this protein from the first stage of life to the sausage stage, We are just getting started.
